今年六七月间，宣城市普降暴雨，我司一些员工家庭也遭受洪灾。灾害发生后，公司领导马上行动起来，要求各课主管及时了解掌握受灾员工家中的受灾情况，调查灾害给员工带来生活的损失，帮助受灾员工渡过难关。8月15、16日早上，公司分别向安徽一厂、二厂总计受灾的员工,每户发放2000元慰问金。表达了公司董事会对员工的关爱之心，在困难时刻，企业和员工同命运共呼吸的贴心情怀，诠释了企业爱员工，员工为企业的鱼水深情。通过这种爱心送温暖活动，增强了员工的凝聚力。也体现了企业家的社会责任感！
